What is the minimum order quantity?
Most standard models list a 2-piece minimum on our platform stores — the 7 inch round model lists at 1 piece — and monochrome samples are listed at low sample pricing on the Made-in-China store. Custom segment glass and tooling projects are quoted per design; "MOQ varies by model" is the honest summary, and the fastest check is the model page or one inquiry.
How long does an order take?
Per the audited FAQ: drawings in about 3 days, samples in about 2 weeks, mass production in about 5–6 weeks. The drawing round is where FPC position, backlight level and interface options are frozen, so projects that answer drawing questions quickly keep the sample date.
Can you customise a standard module?
Yes — the standard customisation menu is FPC length/shape/pinout, backlight brightness, touch (RTP/CTP), interface variant and cover lens. Full custom glass (segment, COG formats) follows the tooling path described in custom LCD displays and the segment LCD tooling guide.
Do you offer samples before mass production?
Yes — samples are the second step of every project (after drawings), and standard models can be sampled from the 2-piece minimum. Confirm the sample's configuration in writing; the mass-production build follows the approved sample.
Which interfaces do you support?
SPI, QSPI, MCU (8080/6800), RGB, MIPI DSI and LVDS/EDP at the large end, depending on the model — each model page states its interface and driver IC. The interface guide explains the trade-offs.
What are the payment and trade terms?
FOB Shenzhen is the stated main term; payment by T/T or L/C, per the audited profile. Specifics for your order are confirmed at quotation.
Is the factory audited? What certifications apply?
