There are hundreds of companies selling LCD panels online. Far fewer run their own panel and assembly lines, publish an audited factory profile, and answer for the drawing three years later. Shenzhen HZY Photoelectric Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 2011 in Bao'an District and moved to a larger plant in Guangming District in 2017, adding COG module lines in 2018 and 2021 and TFT lines in 2020 and 2022. We design, manufacture and sell LCD displays — nothing else.
Our supplier profile on Made-in-China is audited by TÜV Rheinland (report ID MIC-ASR252500), and we list the same product range on Alibaba with 11 years of store history. This page is the short version of that audit file: what we make, on what equipment, at what scale, and how an order moves through the factory.
What we manufacture
- TFT LCD modules — 0.71 to 15.6 inches in the full catalogue, with the platform-listed volume range at 0.85 to 10.1 inches: SPI, QSPI, MIPI, RGB and MCU interfaces, round, bar, square and half-circle shapes, transflective options, capacitive and resistive touch options.
- Monochrome modules — COG graphic modules (128×64 up to 240×160), COB character modules (8×2 to 40×2) and graphic COB, in TN, HTN, STN, FSTN and VA.
- Custom segment LCDs — fully custom glass in TN/HTN/STN/FSTN/VA, with metal pin, zebra or FPC connection.
- LED backlights — standard colours and special shapes sized to the module.
Factory capability, from the audited profile
The audited profile records 4 production lines, 350 staff, 5 R&D engineers and 5 QA/QC inspectors, on a 1,900+ m² site. Equipment includes a COG automatic production line, ACF and FOG prepressing, a fully automatic backlight laminator, a fully automatic polarizer pasting machine and programmable temperature/humidity test chambers. Rated output is 600K modules per month and 2 million LED backlights per month. Every finished module passes 100% visual and functional inspection.
Production grew in steps you can verify against our history: TN/STN/VA panel production first, then COG assembly, then TFT assembly — which is why we can quote a monochrome meter display and a MIPI TFT for the same customer without outsourcing either.
How an OEM/ODM order runs
- Day 0–3 — send a drawing or target spec; we return a proposed drawing (about 3 days) and flag anything that affects tooling.
- Week 1–2 — samples built and shipped (about 2 weeks); sample fees are payable by PayPal, mass production by T/T.
- Week 5–6 — mass production after sample approval (about 5–6 weeks), shipped EXW Shenzhen via DHL/UPS/FedEx/TNT or to your freight forwarder; terms include FOB, CIF, CFR and EXW.
- Customisation — size, brightness, interface, touch and FPC can be adjusted on standard platforms; full customisation from samples or designs, including segment glass and backlight tooling, is quoted per project.
Markets and terms
Our displays ship mainly to Europe, South America, Southeast Asia and Korea (per the audited profile), with North America and Asia-Pacific also served (per the official site). We work with instrument makers, medical-device and smart-home brands, industrial-control OEMs and appliance manufacturers — typically companies who need a stable model supplied for years, with drawings and test reports available on request.
Quality management is certified to ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and ISO 14001; certificates are available upon request — we publish the system names, not document numbers, and invite you to verify the factory through the TÜV Rheinland audited profile instead.
