Industrial buyers choose displays differently from consumer brands: the winning spec is rarely the brightest or the thinnest — it is the model that is still in production, unchanged, when the equipment line is reordered in three years. HZY's catalogue is built for that reorder. Our standard models are platform-listed, drawing-controlled, and manufactured on our own lines in Shenzhen, with the monochrome families (COG, COB, segment) that industrial equipment has standardised on for decades still in full production alongside the TFT range.
What industrial projects take from the range
- Control panels and HMI — 4.3 to 10.1 inch TFT modules with RGB/MIPI interfaces and touch options, including a 4.3 inch 800×480 high-brightness (600 cd/m²) model for bright plant environments.
- Instruments and meters — 128×64 COG/COB graphic modules and character modules with ST7066U-class controllers, plus fully custom segment glass for dedicated readouts.
- Outdoor and semi-outdoor equipment — transflective TFT in 2.4–5.0 inches that stays readable in sunlight; several monochrome platforms specify operating ranges to -30~+80°C (the custom segment platform is one).
- Temperature controllers, smart meters, measuring devices — named application fields in our audited supplier profile, served mainly by the segment and character families.
Stability practices that matter more than specs
Model longevity. Standard formats stay in the catalogue across years — the 1602-format character module and the 128×64 COG family are examples — and for production programmes we confirm the horizon and change-notification terms for your model in writing at quotation.
Inspection. Every module is 100% visually and functionally inspected before shipment, and the factory runs programmable temperature/humidity test chambers (from the audited equipment list) for environmental verification of builds that need it.
Documentation. Drawings and test reports are available for your quality file; the factory's TÜV Rheinland audited profile (MIC-ASR252500) and ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 / ISO 14001 systems (certificates available upon request) are the credentials we offer — verifiable, rather than decorative.
Second-source projects. A large share of industrial enquiries are replacements for displays whose original maker exited or changed the part. Send the datasheet or a sample: matching outline, interface and controller class is the work our custom LCD team does most.
