This band contains the single most popular small TFT format of the last decade: 1.3 inch, 240×240, ST7789-driven, SPI-connected. It is the display of thermostats, handheld instruments, IoT controllers and a thousand dev-board projects that grew into products — and it is a platform-listed model in our stores with documented sales history.

| HZ130A | 1.3" | 240×240 | ST7789V2 | SPI |
| HZ014SPB | 1.38" | 240×240 | NV3002B | SPI |
| HZ144BTCS | 1.44" | 128×128 | ST7735S | MCU 8-bit |
| HZ145A | 1.45" | 172×320 | ST7789V3 | SPI |
| HZ0147QQPTS01-A0 | 1.47" | 60×160 | ST7735 | SPI |

The 1.38 inch model deserves a note: its full datasheet is published (240×240, 37.40×39.04×1.56 mm outline, 35.14×35.14 mm active area, 2.8 V, −20~+70°C operating), which makes it the easiest model in the band to design in without a sample round. The 1.44 inch MCU-interface variant serves legacy 8-bit hosts that cannot spare an SPI peripheral.
Band context: small LCD displays covers the selection logic for everything under 3 inches; the adjacent 1.8 inch band starts where this band's resolutions run out.
