If monochrome graphic displays have a standard size, it is 128×64. Four decades of instruments have been drawn around this canvas, which is why it is the largest single family in our catalogue — more than ten catalogue models, seven of them platform-verified listings, spanning COG modules the size of a postage stamp to full COB panel modules.
The verified range

How the family divides
By construction. COG builds (ST7567/ST7565/UC1705 drivers) run from the 28.5×20.0 mm 12-pin module upward — thin, light, FPC or pin connected. COB builds (NT7107/NT7108-class parallel drivers) put the same canvas on a 93×70 mm-class board for panel mounting.
By glass. FSTN for contrast, STN for the classic tinted builds, DFSTN negative transflective for the sunlight-readable instrument version — the family covers all three without changing the canvas your firmware draws on.
By pinout. 12-pin and 24-pin COG variants exist because host boards differ; check the model page for the exact connection before committing a PCB.
The 128×64 buying guide covers driver, voltage and interface checks in order. For larger canvases see graphic LCD modules (192×64, 240×128, 240×160); for the construction decision, COG vs COB. Every 128×64 ships with a matched backlight option and 100% inspection — and because this family's volumes are the highest in monochrome, it is also where our most stable long-run supply sits.
